Page View (Impressions) : calculates the number of pages viewed by end-users; considered to be an accurate measure of a web site’s popularity.
PageRank (PR): a number from zero to 10 assigned by Google to all web pages in their index; it is believed that Google uses its algorithm to assign a number that indicates the quality of a web page.
Pay for Inclusion (PFI) : search engines charge fees to include a web site or portion of a web site in their search index or inventory of web sites. This product is provided only by Yahoo! at this time.
Pay Per Click (PPC or Paid Search) : ads which are displayed in search engines when relevant keywords are searched for by an internet user. The advertiser is charged when a user clicks an ad and lands on the advertiser’s website.
