Kelly Boyer Sagert is the author of an ebook called Grandma Gatewood: Ohio's Legendary Hiker, about the first woman to hike the entire Appalachian Trail by herself (and she was nearly 70!). The publisher of the ebook just received grant funding to turn the ebook into a theater production and, this spring, Kelly will be writing the script for an August performance. The production will be videotaped to get grant funding to create a film documentary as well.
